Single Parenthood is a journey of RESILIENCE, LOVE and ENDLESS SACRIFICES.
Significant Mothers ‘N’ Fathers is a Ministry about single parenthood, which was birthed by God’s special grace on 31 July 2021 by Ms ‘Bunmi Adesanya after God laid it on her heart after the break-up of her marriage.
The Ministry was brought forth to assist and encourage other significant parents who may require help and support going through this journey of single parenthood, and creating a community to ensure that no significant parent walks alone.
The Ministry is also shining a light on remarkable stories, the challenges, the triumphs and moments that make it all worthwhile whilst revealing purpose through pain!
God has a purpose and a plan for everyone and we can all fulfil His good purpose in life [Philippians 2:13] no matter what we have gone through, and to always know that, as a significant parent, there is beauty in our journey.
Significant Mothers ‘N’ Fathers is also looking to partner with organisations, individuals etc., to create a supportive and empowering environment for significant parents.

To be valued, seen and be relevant in the community and society as a whole.
To empower, support, uplift and strengthen one another.
To pray and provide support to parents yet to heal from the pain, trauma and hurt they went through or are still going through.
To have quarterly discussion sessions with other ‘significant parents’ to share experiences, ideas and knowledge.
To pray alongside those who desire to remarry again.

To provide a community to inspire others not to give up, be honest about challenges, be open and transparent about the struggles, and to support one another.
To lend a hand, impact and encourage other significant parents within the community.
Above all, not to be ashamed of being a significant parent and to be better advocates for our children.
